Last Minute Minis Week 2! A week of modern cross stitch sampler motifs for last minute gifts.
I was thinking the other day that even though Christmas is the perfect time of year for cross stitch gifts, cross stitch can be difficult to do last minute. This gave me the idea of putting together some fun free cross stitch samplers with mini cross stitch motifs that are small enough for you to stitch up in less than thirty minutes. Each cross stitch motif is tiny and perfect for cards, gift tags, or even just a mini sampler. OR you can stitch the whole cross stitch sampler design.
These small cross stitch patterns are great for a beginner because you can use pretty much any colour of floss you have on hand and some motifs are less than 30 stitches but are detailed enough to be really satisfying little projects.
Last week the samplers and motifs were fairly traditional in cross stitch style. This week there are five new free cross stitch sampler patterns with modern motifs and themes.
As you know by now I LOVE all things sailing, seaside, and nautical. This modern nautical cross stitch sampler is filled to gunnels with seaside and beach cross stitch motifs.
