Wellness Message Cross Stitch Pattern

Hello happy friends!  How are you today? Last week it was a mixed bag of all kinds of things. This week I'd thought I'd do some more wordy sampler type patterns focused on wellness.

Today's free cross stitch pattern is all about self care and what we can all do to build resilience into our lives. And this free cross stitch pattern is certainly a lesson that is hard learned by many. In fact it probably took me 30 years to figure this one out. One of the best ways you can take care of yourself is simply by not giving any of the fucks. About what people think of you, about what you think you SHOULD be doing, about the dishes in the sink, about any of it. What you need to give a fuck about is you and your health and your mental well being. 

So say goodbye to that last fuck and commemorate the occasion in cross stitch!
