Bug's Life. Five free insect cross stitch patterns for wall decor.

Hello happy friends!  How are you today? Last week is was all dinosaurs. This week it is all cute creepy crawlies like bees and bugs and things!

Never been a girly girl. Someone forgot to tell me that I was supposed to be afraid of bugs and spiders and things so they actually became my friends as a kid (hey what is normal?). 

There hasn't really been many insect cross stitch patterns on the website apart from the odd bee. I don't think there has ever been a moth or a butterfly. Although there has been a caterpillar.

We are kicking off the week of free insect cross stitch patterns with a realistic bee cross stitch pattern. Most of this week's bug cross stitch patterns are in the style. Like a specimen case at a natural history museum. I have done cute sort of cartoon bee cross stitch patterns in the past but I like this more realistic style for a change. It was fun to try to figure out and I had to look at loads of pictures of bees. Not sure if I nailed it but it is still pretty cute.

You can stitch just this free bee cross stitch or stitch them all as a set for some funky home wall decor.
