Wellness Message Cross Stitch Pattern
Hello happy friends! How are you today? Last week it was a mixed bag of all kinds of things. This week I'd thought I'd do some more wordy sampler type patterns focused on wellness.Today's free cross stitch pattern is all about staying hydrated. Apparently most people are chronically under hydrated. You would be amazed at how much water a moderately active adult human needs to function optimally. I go through bouts of keeping an eye on my water intake and I definitely know when I am not drinking enough of the stuff. And yet I am not very good at making and maintaining this habit even though I always feel better when I do.
So if you are as poor as I am at remembering to drink a glass or two of water throughout the day then maybe you need this cross stitch to beat the importance of this habit into your brain.
