Wellness Message Cross Stitch Pattern

Hello happy friends! How are you today? Last week it was a mixed bag of all kinds of things. This week I'd thought I'd do some more wordy sampler type patterns focused on wellness.

Today's free cross stitch pattern is all about self care staying mentally healthy. Especially if you are a woman you are socialised to believe that you have to make everyone happy. Except for yourself. Well, one thing I have learned is that this is impossible and also terrible. You deserve to be happy and that happiness should not be wrapped up in how you make other people feel.

So if you are feel the overwhelm, why not please yourself by cross stitching this healthier message. It isn't a bad thing to please others but you are never going to please everyone. And it certainly should not be at your expense!
