Water Bear Tardigrade Cross Stitch Pattern

Hello happy friends!  How are you today? Last week we spent a little bit of time pondering the end of the world. Which left me in a bit of  a nihilist existential funk. Things needed to be said for sure but I am not sure where one goes from the end of the world.

But that got be thinking... there is always something that seems to survive the apocalypse: ants, cockroaches, single use plastic. 

Today we have one of those very creatures: the amazing tardigrade (or water bear as they are sometimes called). It could be debated as to whether or not they can "survive" the end of the world. They seem to be able to die (and therefore do not survive) but then just come back to life and go on living forever. In space. Plus they look like tiny eight legged bears.
