Mid Week Update from the Snail House

Hey there peoples! Just wanted to say hello and share some of what all I have been doing. You may have noticed that I have other interests than cross stitch if you have been on facebook lately. The Snail House is what Bear calls my workshop. Which, until recently, was a garden shed. It is a bit like a snail shell where I can hide myself away and throw clay around.

I am building up stock for a proper launch of the shop. There is some of my work on there now.

PLEASE. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. BUY SOMETHING.

ahem

Seriously peoples. I LOVE making stuff but it is starting to take up a lot of space. There is only so much you can fob off on polite relatives. And the creatures? They keep looking at me. Don't like the price? Make me an offer. The pricing thing is something that I am still working out. I do custom orders as well.

The pieces pictured above are drying and will be bisque fired. That is where all the water gets driven out of the clay and it vitrifies. After that they will be glazed and made all shiny.

I am determined to go places and be famous and stuff so get in now while the going is good. It's going to be awesome.

If you like Hancock's House of Happy and free cool cross stitch charts show your support by taking some neato tat off my hands.

There will be a new cross stitch chart this week as well so come back Friday to check it out!

Hi. I don't know how I got here, but...
You have 2 problems. 1. If you really want to sell advertize a Lot more. 2. Up grade the difficulty of your items.
Please take this as a loving comment. I'm not trying to be rude. Just be aware that I do not work in clay, at all, even Play Dough and I could make the items you are showing. I would never even show my best friend such elementary work let alone give it as a gift. Selling? No.

Hey Tracy, put up or shut up. Your theories don't interest me.

Woah! How on earth would anyone take that as a loving comment? Why so mean? If you don't like it then don't buy anything.
